This watch was never sold. The case, made by Niton, features pounced and chased enamelled roses and foliage, with a griffon within a cartouche, and flux finishing.

The back of the watch and movement are shown in the book Patek Philippe, Geneve by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, 1982. On page 167, picture 126 shows the emaile back of the watch. On page 164, picture 116c shows the same movement but with movement serial number 891 857. Interesting is that this movement carries 2 Poincon de Geneve quality seals.
