Movement: s/n; 860924, signed Patek, Philippe & Co, Geneve, Swiss, Eighteen (18) jewels, Eight (8) adjust. The movement measures 18.18 mm length x 8.58 mm broth x 3.39 mm thick

Note 1; the book by Huber & Banbery, Patek Philippe Geneve, Wristwatches, Antiquorum, First Edition 1988, page 33, pic 26. is depicted a similar movement with movement serial No. 860966, from the year 1938, named Caliber baguette 8''' and has 18 jewels, monometallic srew-balance, self compensating flat hairspring, and the ebauche is by (C.h.) Meylan.
Note 2; according to the order and sales books, CH Meylan produced similar ebauches for Niton and Piaget which finished them for e.g. Patek Philippe. It is, till now, not known if Niton or Piaget finished these caliber for Patek Philippe.
