Dial: silvered dial, digital jump hour aperture with painted arrow and minute aperture with seconds subdial, signed C. Bucherer, Lucerne

Movement: s/n; 88533, 17''', signed Niton, Geneva, Swiss, Nineteen 19 jewels, Eight 8 adj, 2 x Poincon de Geneve quality seals, obtained on June 4, 1930, and was a Piece-Unique. Other Niton movements with Poincon de Geneve quality seals and a 5-digit movement serial number are; Movement serial number; 64950, obtained the Poincon de Geneve on August 31, 1928 Movement serial number; 80666, obtained the Poincon de Geneve on October 29, 1928 (Movement serial number; 88533, obtained the Poincon de Geneve on June 4, 1930) Movement serial number; 79582, obtained the Poincon de Geneve on February 25, 1932, all piece-uniques. According to above movement serial numbers which matches with the movement serial numbers used by E. Koehn who owned Manfacture HR Ekegren, these movements were, in all probability made by E. Koehn. Interesting to know is the fact that in the last years of Koehn's company existence, Koehn was located at the same address as Niton.
